CNN is reporting that the California Supreme Court has struck down the state's ban on same-sex marriages as unconstitutional.
Civil Rights = Good.
Pointless Discrimination = Bad.
Good for California.
Here's hoping more states and nations follow suit, though I'm pretty sure the Mormon church will accept gay marriage before Georgia does.
